I really loved this song due to its simplicity and the beautiful sound of Rubab. Matlab-e Dost which is an old folkloric song is arranged in “Majlesi” manner thus the setting of this video, which takes place in a Majles or house party perfectly makes sense.

As you will see in this video – one thing I did not understand is the girl refusing to get up and dance with the fella who requests by giving her his hand. What’s up with that?
